Our Leadership Team

At The Well, we love to worship, read the Bible, encourage each other and pray together.

In the worship the words come up on the screen and you can sit or stand, sing loud or quiet, raise your hands or clap – as you feel comfortable. Children (and adults!) are free to use the flags and streamers and move and dance around. Our worship continues to bring us into Gods presence and we sing songs that help us to focus on God and show Him how much we love Him, by singing and giving Him our full attention. There may be times of silence and that is ok. People may pray out loud, or read a verse from the Bible. People may give a testimony or talk about something that God has done for them in their lives. You may also hear people praying in a language you don’t understand. This is called speaking in tongues and is a gift of the Holy Spirit (Mark 16:17Acts 2:4). We want our times together to be interactive and so we ask for people to talk with the person on oversight for that meeting if they have something they want to share.

The Well is a family and we want our children to be a part of the service. Children stay with the adults who brought them and join in with the service.

If you have any questions about what has been shared, please speak to the person who spoke or to one of the leaders at the end of the service.

Join us on Sundays at 11am in St Barnabas Church, Kingfisher Drive, Eastbourne, BN23 7RA (next to Langney Shopping Centre).

Hopefully this website will help you with any  questions you may have as to who we are, what we believe and what we do. If you need further information, please  email  us and we will get back to you. Thanks for checking us out and we hope to see you soon.
